Battery validation report

Summary of DNV KEMA validation report.

The AES Corporation (AES) engaged DNV KEMA, Inc to validate and test the use of a new battery storage technology for electric utility system applications. DNV KEMA designed a testing program and assisted AES in conducting testing on the prototype system. The results of the test showed that the prototype unit successfully demonstrated the potential of using the device for utility applications.
